MARSHA GEORGE - DANCE TEACHER

Marsha has danced and performed in numerous TV programmes since the age of six. Her talent for dance lead her to Northern Ballet School, where she gained her diploma. Since graduating Marsha has danced for the new women's fashion wear for House of Fraser, has been invited to perform in a new contemporary work for the MA Festival at Bretton Hall, and was a featured dancer in the BBC period drama Casanova with David Tennant and Matt Lucas. After this she went straight into the West end playing Shirley Charles in Saturday Night Fever which was a fantastic experience. Since leaving the show in August 2006 Marsha went onto dance for the 2006 Mardi Gras for Amnesty International. More recently she has just finished filming a new comedy drama for the BBC which is due to air in 2007. Marsha's Television credits include When Disco Ruled the World (BBC), T. Spot (BskyB) and the opening/closing ceremonies of the Commonwealth Games. Marsha has just been invited to return to Saturday Night Fever as Shirley Charles for the 2007 International tour which will cover Bombay and Japan. The tour will then return home to play in London and Marsha is thrilled to a Guest Tutor for StageArts
